Coginitive approach psychology? :)?

I have an exam coming up for AS Pyschology and I need to know all the different explanations for abnormality. I need to know the outline of the cognitive model and the studies that go with it. I have researched on my college resource drive and they don't have any information about it, just questions. If anyone could help me, that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :D
