Do people who have severe eye injuries use Occupational Therapy?

Yes, of course. OT is designed to help people to adapt to loss of ability and is not restricted to any specific injury. Naturally, different problems need different solutions, and OTs who specialize in say, mobility losses, would not use the same techniques as OTs who specialize in vision or hearing losses.
