What do I have & how to treat it?

I got a soar throat 5 nights ago which turned into a fever the next morning, i cant afford a doc. visit right now, so i examined my throat to see y it hurt so bad, & i saw canker soars in the back of my neck ( my tounsils were removed long ago ) so i started using cloraseptic spray & some cepracol cough drops... It feels a little better but its still hurts to swallow, im clogged in my nose with phlem, & i woke up to what appeared reg. eye boogers but my Left eye is completely red, it doesnt hurt but its red... im wanting to know if i can get antibiotics over the counter for whatever i have... my sis said i may have an upper respiratory infection, but im wondering if i have strep throat...
