Unemployment insurance hearing -- tips?

Just tell the mediator what you've said here, and ask the questions of the employer that you've implied here ("one worker in 500..."), and you should do well. In my experience, I have found the hearings to be in favor of the employee. The burden of proof is pretty much on the employer.
