Why don't you get paid after beating the crucible more than once in fable 2?

In fable 2 I have been trying to get experience by playing the crucible alot but I have noticed that I was only paid after the first time I beat it and I was just wondering why I was not getting paid because I was reading some FAQ and people said that they always got paid. Please help.
