35 weeks pregnant having contractions for 4 days now. will labor be soon?

I am now 35 weeks pregnant and i am dialated to 4 and 60% effeced. I have been having contractions fior 4 days now. They are not Braxton Hicks, the doctor has tried to stop them with 4 doses of Tributaline. They aint gonna try and stop them anymore. My question is they think that the baby is breech thats why i am dialating so slowly. how can i make my cervix dialate faster???
