Anyone know of the BEST mascara out there?

I'm looking for an affordable, effective mascara that volumizes, lengthens, thickens, and is just all-around AMAZING. So far, I have used a variety of brands like Lancome, Clinique, Estee Lauder, and even Chanel (but it was only a sample...). I'm willing to try new ones, so please, suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!!
