Okay its not that your over doing it.its that your making your stuff to epic you know the epic im talking about the epic that makes people interested.im say you have a brilliant script just to epic and now that you know how epic your writing it is you can know where to put the epic places.not right in the begining explaining a footstep thing but like a suspence moment or battle.you can explain that footstep but not epicly just maybe so the audiance can be curious about that foot print.me saying a foot print is just a quote meaning anything you can over explain
