My areolas are slighty browner and Ive been having unprotected since two weeks ago could I be pregnant?

I just noticed yesterday that I had more urges to pee than usual. My areolas got slightly browner and I've been having abdominal pain followed by heartburn. I also have been bleeding from my RECTUM. Are these signs of early pregnant in just over two weeks of having unprotected or is it too early too tell. Last week I also took a pregnancy test and turned out negative?
