Returning to work soon, what can I do to help my 10 week old adjust well?

My husband works days, and I'll be working nights so one of us will be home with the little man always. We've got him to take a bottle, but most of his feedings are still from nursing. He won't sleep without be held for a while at first. He still wakes up once a night to feed. And he doesn't seem to do well with just Dad. we don't believe in CIO.
