I am currently on the board of a high school student-run business. We sell bags of fruits and vegetables to the staff members at school and the community. We have a President, Vice President, Nutritionist, Secretary, Accountant, and a person in charge of processing. The person in charge of processing makes sure that all the customer information is correct and that every customer receives their order. This person makes and gathers information from surveys. They also have to make sure that the fruits and vegetables are where they need to be.What's another name for them other than "Head of Processing"?
